These terms govern your use of Redtop Homes, a subscription service for organizing the upkeep, costs, and scheduling of a home. By creating an account or using the app you agree to them. If you are using Redtop on behalf of others who share a property, you confirm you are allowed to add them and their information.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission. You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account.
Redtop Homes is offered as a paid subscription with a free trial. The trial runs for the stated period; unless you cancel before it ends, the subscription begins and the payment method on file is charged for the then-current price. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the app or by contacting support; cancellation stops future charges and takes effect at the end of the current period. Except where required by law, payments already made are not refunded, and prices may change with notice before a renewal.
The property records, documents, photos, and financial information you enter remain yours. You grant Redtop only the permission needed to store and display that content to you and the people you share a property with, and to operate and improve the service. We do not sell your data. How we handle it is described in our Privacy policy. You can export your data and delete your account at any time.
Use Redtop Homes lawfully. Do not upload content you have no right to share, attempt to break or overload the service, or use it to harm others. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service or put other users at risk.
We work to keep Redtop Homes available and accurate, but it is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. Redtop Homes is a record-keeping tool, not professional financial, legal, or tax advice.
You may stop using Redtop Homes and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access if these terms are breached or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice and a chance to export your data.
