Redtop Homes keeps a second home organized. This policy explains what we collect, why, who can see it, and the control you have over it. We do not sell your personal information.
We use your information to provide the app, to show your records to you and the people you share a property with, to process your subscription, to keep the service secure, to respond to support requests, and to improve how Redtop works. We do not use your property or financial records for advertising.
People you invite to a property can see the records for that property according to the access you give them. We share data with service providers who run the platform on our behalf — hosting and infrastructure (Google Firebase) and payment processing (Stripe) — under agreements that limit them to those purposes. We may disclose information if required by law. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records to meet legal or accounting obligations.
You can access and export your data and delete your account at any time from within the app. You may also ask us to correct information or answer questions about how it is handled. To make a request, email support@nebari.cc.
Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted to the people you share a property with, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No system is perfectly secure, so we also give you export and deletion controls to stay in charge of your information.
